I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge and provided plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out. We had two comfortable queen beds with a stunning view of the volcano and an en suite hot tub. The service staff was amazing, and I especially loved getting a fresh egg omelette made for me every morning.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were beyond glorious, offering breathtaking views of the volcano from the floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 balconies, and a jacuzzi. The property was spacious, with a separate shower room adding to the luxury feel. The service was exceptional, from the personable staff to their willingness to go the extra mile in every aspect. The location, although a bit tired-looking, was surrounded by beautiful flora and perfect for jungle adventures. The dining experience was absolutely amazing, offering delicious dishes to start the day off right. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
